Our #1 priority? Mental Health, Wellness and creating safe spaces for survivors to thrive.
HER Body, HER Mind, HER Power is a self-care/self-defense wellness retreat for women that incorporates boxing, dance, pole fitness and yoga.
As we position ourselves to be a leader in the fitness, health and wellness space, our focus is to connect our community of women to mental health services, “pamper me” and workout sessions that provide our sisters with the tools needed to step into their power, re-invent themselves and reinvigorate their sense of purpose.
10% of the proceeds from our next retreat will be donated to The Bobbi Kristina Serenity House to provide resources for survivors of child/family abuse, domestic violence, kidnapping, sexual assault and sex trafficking.
